Steph and LaShanda met this past summer at an event held at the State Capital for a women’s business organization. They connected and realized they have a lot more in common than they even realized! LaShanda is a passionate Life Coach Entrepreneur and owner of Cultivating Her CoLab in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
LaShanda Carr is a Life Coach who uses her story as a first generation entrepreneur to inspire and empower other women to prioritize self work before wealth work. LaShanda works with purpose driven women in business to identify barriers to growth, to learn how to get out of their own way and build a roadmap for success. Three years ago, LaShanda embarked on a holistic wellness journey that transformed her life and allowed her to realign with who she is at her core, preparing her to walk confidently in her divine purpose. LaShanda is the owner of Cultivating Her Co Lab, a dynamic ecosystem for women to foster creativity, innovation, meaningful connections and collaborative opportunities, achieve their entrepreneurial dreams and excel in the business world. Cultivating Her Co Lab is formerly known as The Inspiration Event Space.
LaShanda prides herself on building authentic relationships and adding value to those she forms a connection with. LaShanda has designed and hosted a plethora of interactive events and workshops in the Kenosha community aimed at fostering resilience, strength, and growth. Prior to entrepreneurship LaShanda spent fifteen years working in various community service agencies providing supportive resources to strengthen families. LaShanda enjoys meditating, going to the gym, listening to personal development podcasts and books, connecting with like minded women, creating new vegetarian recipes, and nurturing her plant babies. LaShanda is the mother of a teenage son and an adult daughter.
