This call is led by Sister Circle Certified Speakers & guest experts that provide innovative strategies and tools around the topic along with tangible takeaways to take action on immediately! Think of this call as showing up to get your business degree in an hour packed Masterclass!

Coffee + Connection
1x/month, day and time are determined by Local Sister Circle Chapter
Join us for our monthly 90 min. Coffee + Connection meeting to learn, grow, and connect over coffee together in person! This is “not your typical networking” meeting–These meetings build upon our Business Masterclass as your local Chapter Leader helps integrate the monthly business topic with time to workshop and connect in small group discussions. If you are local to a chapter, this meeting is a MUST! You will walk away with ideas, inspiration, new connections and motivation to take action. Get ready to connect, learn, & implement!

Sister Support Call
1x/month Friday at 10 am central
Finish the month strong with our 60 min. Sister Support Call on Zoom to Q&A about the business topic of the month! This call is focused on solutions, rallying support, and sharing ideas and encouragement around your goals. Bring your questions, share your struggles and celebrate your success in your business while connecting with your fellow Sisters in breakout rooms!

Stephanie Ross is a seasoned business educator, enthusiastic community leader, empowering speaker and author dedicated to helping female entrepreneurs build thriving, soul-driven businesses.
As a La Crosse native with more than a decade of hands-on experience, she founded her first business at just 20 years old, scaling it into a successful six-figure business. Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, Stephanie encountered significant obstacles, yet these challenges inspired her to pivot and create Small Business Sister Circle™.
Through her podcast, speaking, and book, Seasons of a Soul-preneur, Stephanie shares authentic conversations and practical wisdom, empowering women to align their business with their deeper purpose. Awarded the 2024 7 Rivers Alliance Rising Star Under 40, Stephanie cares deeply about cultivating powerful community experiences that leave you feeling motivated and inspired to design a life you truly love.
Cedar Rapids Chapter
Led by Chris Sander, Founder & CEO of Flourish Financial Coaching
After 25 years of leadership in local government, Chris Sander transitioned her passion for service into entrepreneurship as a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Coach. Her public sector career gave her deep experience in team leadership and vendor coordination, supporting hundreds of contractors and community partners. In spring 2024, Chris moved from Wisconsin to Cedar Rapids, Iowa to be closer to family. The following spring, she retired from full-time government work and now runs her purpose-driven coaching business semi-full-time.
Chris empowers women and couples to gain clarity and confidence in their finances. She also leads the first Sister Circle Chapter in Cedar Rapids, a community initiative supporting local women entrepreneurs and small business owners. Chris believes every woman deserves to feel powerful in her finances and her business—and she’s here to make sure no one has to walk that journey alone.
When she’s not coaching or building community, you’ll find Chris spending time with her family or walking her Shih Tzu, Koda.
