Rebuilding Your Foundation: From Movement to Mindset w/Dr. Megan Daley
In today’s episode Steph’s and Dr. Megan Daley, a mindset + success coach, talk all things from movement to mindset and everything in between. Dr. Megan is a seasoned trauma & somatic informed doctor of physical therapy turned mindset & success coach, podcast host, author & speaker. After a decade as a doctor therapy, including building up a 6 figure clinic, she realized she didn’t feel fulfilled and shifted the focus of her company, Move On The Daley, to what it is now. Dr. Megan’s mission in life to help as many high-achieving women as possible break free of the expectations of others and move from burnt out to badass with clarity & confidence, living a truly fulfilling life they love.
Megan shares her journey of leaving corporate healthcare to build up her own successful clinic, which she realized was not the right path for her. In this episode you’ll learn how when Megan dove into her own personal development and became certified as a trauma and somatic informed practitioner, she noted a gap that was creating excessive and unnecessary burnout in not only the clinical setting she was in, but for her clients too.
She soon realized her true calling was helping other women find their true purpose, gain clarity, and master their mindset (and boundaries!) in order to truly achieve joy and fulfillment. Megan now works 1:1 with clients to help them master their mindset, offers courses to help combat burnout, launched her own journal, and is the host of her podcast, Human on the Daley, created for multifaceted, multi passionate humans who are ready to break out of the boxes that society tries to put them in and fully embrace their authentic self!
In this conversation, Steph and Megan touch on the topic of sunken cost fallacy, what is leading ot burnout, and Megan shares strategies and tactics to down regulate your nervous system so that you can show up in your life as your best self. This is a fantastic conversation for anyone struggling with identity shifts, transitions, mindset, burnout, or boundaries!
